2QR is a co-R&D with the Medical Faculty Department of molecular cell biology of the Free University of Amsterdam and is protected by worldwide patent-rights.

2QR is a complex of bio-active polysaccharides derived from the parenchyma of Aloe Barbadensis by molecular filtration. It is unique in its ability to neutralize harmful microbes by a physical effect. It blocks the adhesins on the cell surface of pathogenic microbes.
